First-time users, when you create an account, you will be asked to provide your email address, first and last name, and birthdate. To activate your account, an activation code will be sent to your email address provided. Please be sure to check your spam and promotional folder for this email. From there, please follow the instructions in the email to complete your account setup. 

Be sure to write down your login credentials as you will need them to log back in and check the status of your application.
