Students of Dominican’s Teacher Preparation Program develop a broad range of knowledge, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills that are an asset in any workplace.

Through small online classes and individualized attention, students have the opportunity to explore pedagogy and teaching strategies that address the needs of diverse learners, including English learners and students with special needs and gifts. Join our Zoom information session to learn about becoming a fully credentialed teacher through DUC, admission requirements, financial aid and scholarship options. Programs include:

  • Master of Science in Education (MS) + Teaching Credential 
    • Preliminary Multiple Subject Credential + Master of Science in Education (MS)
    • Preliminary Single Subject Credential  + Master of Science in Education (MS
    • Preliminary Education Specialist Mild/Moderate Credential + Master of Science in Education (MS)
    • Dual: Preliminary Credential + Master of Science in Education (MS)
    • Preliminary Education Specialist Mild/Moderate for Current Credential Holders + Master of Science in Education (MS)

    • Interdisciplinary Studies Concentration
