2019 Reimagining Citizenship ApplicationReimagining Citizenship Scholarship Dominican University of California has partnered with the City of Novato to provide public service opportunities for high school students who are residents of Novato. The application process includes:A completed Dominican University of California Application (any major)A supplemental essay providing a detailed account of your involvement with the surrounding community An interview with Dominican University and the City of NovatoBenefits of the program include: A Dominican scholarship valued up to $25,000 per academic year (up to $100,000 total over a four year period) A $10,000 internship stipend from the City of Novato for two summers Civic engagement while preparing for a career that positively impacts the communityIn order to qualify for the program, you must: Have primary residence in Novato Have a strong background in community service/leadership or volunteer work 3.0 minimum high school GPA Completed admissions application to Dominican University of California Contact: Rich Toledo, 415-485-3287rich.toledo@dominican.edu Registration is no longer available because the event has been cancelled.
